Cucumber Mummies!

We did a science experiment to investigate how Ancient Egyptian mummification methods helped to stop decay.

Making mummies and sarcophagi

First we measured the cardboard and cut it out.

Then we stuck the cardboard together with masking tape.

We made mummies out of scrap paper and masking tape to go inside.

Finally we painted them.

Hautbois

As you know, Skylarks went to Hautbois last Friday for a school trip before sleeping over in the school hall. We all had a brilliant time, here are some photos of all the things we got up to!
